Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator & 2D Animator to join our e-learning design and development team. In this role, you will create engaging visuals, illustrations, and animations that enhance interactive training modules and digital learning experiences. You will work closely with instructional designers and internal teams to deliver learner-focused assets, including characters, backgrounds, and infographics. This role involves collaboration, feedback cycles, and participation in design reviews to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Create illustrations, 2D animations, and graphics based on storyboards and project briefs
• Support storyboard visualization and asset development
• Collaborate with instructional designers and team members
• Revise designs based on feedback and maintain consistency in style and branding
• Contribute to creating engaging and interactive learning experiences

Required Skills Basic to intermediate proficiency in:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Animate
• Understanding of 2D animation principles (timing, keyframes, inbetweening)
• Strong fundamentals in graphic design (layout, color theory, typography)
• Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL?E, Canva, Runway, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Lottie animations, Figma, or Procreate
• Interest or basic experience in e-learning or educational content design
• Awareness of AI-assisted creative workflows

Portfolio Requirements

• 2-4 samples of illustration and/or animation work
• Academic, freelance, or personal projects are acceptable
• Bonus: include process work (sketch -> final output)

Location & Work Setup

• Hyderabad-based candidates preferred
• Open to hybrid work model
• Immediate joiners are a plus
