Job description
Role & Responsibility:
- Design engaging digital learning experiences and instructional content.
- Transform concepts and scripts into effective storyboards and learning assets.
- Create multimedia content including graphics, videos, infographics, and motion-based learning materials.
- Collaborate with SMEs and internal stakeholders to develop learner-centric solutions
- Leverage visual storytelling to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention
- Stay updated with emerging trends in learning design, multimedia production, and AI-enabled content creation.
Requirement:
- Min experience of 1year in Instructional Design and Learning Experience Design (LXD)
- Strong Storyboarding and Visual Storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Basic Animation
- Multimedia Content Creation and Video Editing capabilities
- Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
