Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior E-Learning Developer to lead the development of engaging, interactive, and learner-centric digital learning solutions. You will independently manage end-to-end course development projects, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation through modern learning technologies and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Create advanced interactive learning experiences including branching scenarios, simulations, gamification, and assessments.
• Transform storyboards and instructional content into engaging digital learning solutions.
• Create and integrate graphics, animations, videos, and multimedia elements into learning content.
• Publish and deploy SCORM and xAPI compliant courses.
• Test and troubleshoot course functionality across LMS platforms and devices.
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Mentor junior developers and interns and review deliverables.
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and process improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and learner experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of professional experience in e-learning development.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and strong working knowledge of Rise 360.
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, LMS platforms, accessibility standards, and responsive learning design.
• Strong experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools plus video editing and multimedia production.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education Technology, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent portfolio experience.

• Experience with AI-powered content creation tools.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience in fast-paced e-learning, EdTech, software simulation, technical training, or compliance learning environments.
