Job description

Articulate Storyline | Rise 360 | AI Tools Full-time | 2-4 years experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Developer to design and develop engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, multimedia development, and modern e-learning technologies. You will work closely with instructional designers and stakeholders to transform learning concepts into interactive, learner-centric training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
  • Create branching scenarios, knowledge checks, simulations, and gamified learning experiences.
  • Convert storyboards and learning content into visually appealing digital courses.
  • Design graphics, animations, and multimedia assets to improve learner engagement.
  • Edit and integrate audio, video, and visual elements into modules.
  • Leverage AI tools for voiceovers, image generation, content enhancement, and rapid prototyping.
  • Publish and package courses in SCORM and xAPI formats.
  • Test and validate content functionality within LMS platforms.
  • Implement accessibility best practices including captions, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader compatibility.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in e-learning development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Articulate 360, especially Storyline 360.
  • Working knowledge of Rise 360, SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Basic video editing and multimedia development experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, Multimedia, Education Technology, or a related field, or equivalent portfolio-based experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in technical, compliance, software, or soft-skills training.
  • Exposure to Vyond, Adobe After Effects, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
