Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr E-Learning Developer to transform instructional concepts into high-impact digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with a strong eye for visual design to create training that is engaging and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Build sophisticated branching and gamified e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.
- Design and produce custom graphics, animations, and video elements using Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, or similar tools.
- Use AI tools to enhance workflows including voiceovers, image assets, and rapid prototypes.
- Ensure all content is SCORM and xAPI compliant and works reliably across environments.
- Develop content that adheres to WCAG accessibility standards including closed captions, screen-reader compatibility, and tab navigation.
- Stay current with emerging e-learning trends and technologies to improve learner retention.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-4 years of professional experience specifically in e-learning development.
- Expert proficiency in Articulate 360, especially Storyline.
- Strong visual design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Foundational understanding of LMS interactions and data tracking.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent portfolio experience.
Key Competencies
- Visual storytelling and the ability to turn storyboards into cohesive digital journeys.
- Technical problem solving inside authoring tools and SCORM wrappers.
- Attention to detail for typography, alignment, and branding.
